Designing my own wedding dress has been by far one of the biggest and most rewarding challenges I have ever faced as a designer. Though my passion is reconstructing vintage, it was not possible this time, as I had already reconstructed the dress worn by my mother and grandmother for my sister's wedding. Taking inspiration from my love of lace and all things vintage, I designed my dream gown to fit perfectly into the Victorian setting of our wedding.
