Jon proposed to Danielle on a Himalayan mountainside during a romantic adventure through Southern Asia. While in a silk shop in India, they were inspired by the vibrant jewel tones of the material and the simple kindness of the shop owner. They sent home yards of luscious garnet fabric that were eventually crafted into Danielle's unique gown.
